16-] The Problem Of Unemployment .

                     The problem of unemployment belongs to the biggest problems of the modern world . A lot of people not only do not have any work , but also they do not have any further prospects . What is more , the number of the unemployed people is still increasing . To make the situation worse , the policy of privatization and paying no care to keeping the rights of workers . Workers are fired without any reasons and the living conditions of people who are out of work are getting worse and worse . I would like to present some proposals how we can cope with the problem of unemployment .

                     At first , I think that a greater support should be provided for small and medium enterprises to be able to develop much faster and soon they will provide more and more working opportunities for unemployed people . I also think that wide educational offer should be provided which gives citizens the possibility to develop their own skills and take up much jobs they really would like to take . Thanks to a such system , we can create a lot of well-qualified experts in various branches in industry , agriculture , tourism etc.  The other solution to cope with the problem of unemployment is trying to limit bureaucracy in establishing your own business .

                    To sum up , I would like to stress that the problem of unemployment is very difficult to solve unless serious and true efforts are exerted by all the individuals and the organizations of the whole society .
