4 . Rewrite the reference below , adding the definite article ‘the’ and the indefinite article ‘a /an’ where appropriate .

Reference : Tom Harding

Tom Harding has worked for this company for ten years . Throughout this time he has shown himself to be hard-working and enthusiastic employee . He first joined company as junior sales representative but was soon promoted and is now at head of successful team of sales representatives . He manages team with skill and energy and significant increase in sales achieved by team is measure of his success . He has considerable initiative and this has been particularly evident in area of training , where he has had notable success . Training program he devised for his team has now been adopted throughout company with very positive results .

On personal level , I have found Tom to be very honest and considerate person and he is well-liked in company . I have no hesitation in recommending him for job for which he has applied , though I would of course be sorry to lose him .
